Terms & Conditions

Shipping and Delivery Times

UK Orders

All orders will be sent by Royal Mail or by Courier which ever will supply the most effective delivery depending on items ordered. If sent via courier a signature is generally required on receipt. Please allow up to three working days for delivery if item is in stock. We will often be much quicker.

Non Stock Items

When an item is unavailable we will contact you with a realistic estimated time of delivery.

Privacy Policy

We do not release any personal information including email addresses to any third party companies.

Credit /Charge Card Details

We operate a secure encrypted site where necessary, all Internet transactions are handled by WORLD PAY system, we do not store nor have access to your card information.

Returns

When goods are supplied in error we will cover all shipping costs and exchange or credit in full. Goods may be returned within 8 working days of delivery for refund or exchange, during this period if the goods are fit for purpose the purchaser should cover the cost of return postage, if goods are not fit for purpose we shall reimburse shipping costs. If returning goods after being in the customers possession for more than 8 working days: Supply errors must be reported within 14 days of delivery and when goods are ordered in error returns will incur a 15% restocking fee. Goods must be returned unused and with their original packaging, it should be noted that the purchaser has a duty of care whilst the goods are in their possession and they should be thoughtfully packaged for the return shipment. All returns should have a covering note with the invoice number clearly marked. Please note that when fitting electrical parts these can be damaged by the same faulty electrical system that caused the initial failure and in such circumstances these parts cannot be returned for refund.

Bike Selection

Parts on our website are supplied assuming original European bike specification except where explicitly stated otherwise. If your bike has any alterations we cannot be held responsible for errors.

Installation

All goods are supplied with the understanding that they will be fitted by a qualified experienced person equipped with relevant tools and test equipment necessary to facilitate fitment and confirmation of correct operation.

Small Print

There is no small print. We strive to guarantee your complete satisfaction with the minimum of fuss. If you feel our products or service do not offer excellent value please let us know, and we will rectify the situation. We answer all emails usually within 1 working day. All prices shown contain VAT where applicable.
